From contract to final account.
One record.
How it works
Sixty pages, and the schedule of amendments behind them.
The subcontract as it was issued, however long it runs, together with whatever the other side attached at the back: Z-clauses, Particular Conditions, the lot. Scanned copies are read too.
Every term that decides money, quoted and placed.
Payment, retention, notices, obligations, evidence and risk. Each one quoted word for word and cited to its clause and page, then rated, so the dangerous terms surface first instead of sitting unread on page fifty-one.
Nothing reaches you unseen.
If the words cannot be found in the document, the item does not go in the register. Anything derived, date dependent or unusual is held in a review queue for a person to confirm before anyone acts on it.
The file, ready for the final account.
One click turns the reviewed register into a branded pack: an editable Word report and a ten-tab Excel workbook, stamped DRAFT with the review caveat built in. Your team finishes it.

The register
These rows are illustrative. Nothing here comes from a real contract.
A subcontract is not hard to read. It is hard to keep. The terms that decide whether you get paid are spread over sixty pages and a schedule of amendments, and by the time the job is running they live in one person’s memory, three inboxes and a spreadsheet nobody has opened since February. Reading it faster does not change that.
Senedra was built the other way round. It takes the contract apart once, quotes every term that touches money word for word, cites it to its clause and page, and keeps that record as the job moves. When the instruction lands on site, the clause that governs it is already there. Nothing has to be remembered, and nothing has to be found again at the final account.

These are our own test contracts, not customer results. Contracts across NEC4, JCT, FIDIC and AIA are marked up by hand first, and that becomes the answer sheet the engine is measured against on every change. Senedra has no published customer outcomes because it has not had customers long enough to have any.
Security
Documents are processed and stored in the UK and EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train any model. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time, and the specifics are written into the engagement letter you sign.
Nothing new to adopt. The contract arrives as a PDF and the file leaves as Word and Excel.
